The Blue Zones research aims to map the lifestyle and habits of the population of the settlement, and then introduce changes that will improve life expectancy and quality of life. The habits and elements inspired by the Blue Zones will be the focus of the research.
Based on the research results, targeted programs and interventions can be launched that can increase life expectancy and quality of life in the selected settlements. These changes will bring the positive effects of the Blue Zone in the areas of community life, healthy nutrition, exercise, mental health and environmentally friendly developments.
By implementing scientifically based Blue Zone habits based on healthy lifestyles and community cohesion, participants in the settlements can increase their life expectancy, improve their health status, and significantly improve their quality of life. The program can contribute to the sustainable growth of physical, mental, and community well-being.
