Sports and a healthy lifestyle have always been a defining part of my life. I have been a competitive aerobics athlete for over ten years, and during my modeling career I have also experienced how important perseverance, discipline and hard work are to success. Many people only see the glamour, but behind it lies a lot of training, self-discipline and continuous learning.
Development is important to me, so I am studying several professions because I believe that knowledge and the work we invest in ourselves will pay off in the long run. During my work, I have encountered many different cultures, but the Japanese philosophy of life and their health-conscious approach are the closest to me.
In the Blue Zone project, I want to inspire young people to consciously shape their lives. It’s not just how we look that matters, but also what kind of lifestyle we follow, how we treat our body and soul. A long, healthy life doesn’t start in later years – it’s worth making conscious decisions now.

Hi, I’m Bettina, a transformational coach, writer, and the Creative Director of the Blue Zone Project’s Under 30s Campaign. I believe that everyone can find their own path and inner balance – sometimes we just need a little support to find what really matters.
In the Blue Zone Project, I found exactly the values and outlook on life that I represent. I am passionate about exploring how we can live fuller, longer and happier lives – physically, mentally and spiritually. This project is not just an initiative for me, but a living community where we can inspire each other, learn and grow together.
As the leader of the Under 30s Campaign, my goal is to bring the Blue Zones approach closer to the younger generation. I believe that a long and healthy life is not just a matter of genetics or luck – it is the result of conscious decisions and habits. With creative solutions, community programs and inspiring content, I want to show that a Blue Zone lifestyle can not only make a difference in older age, but can also be a huge advantage at a young age.

I am Emese Turcsán, the dreamer and leader of the Einstein Academy. I started my career as a social pedagogue, specializing in criminal pedagogy, and then made a sharp switch to the financial sector, where I earned a degree in economics and a doctorate in business.
In 2020, I founded the Einstein Academy, where we initially held trainings for entrepreneurs, then the training range expanded to include the development of young children, building entrepreneurial communities, and supporting business leaders. In 2023, the Einstein Academy Foundation was launched, which helps talented young people achieve their goals.
The Academy is home to the Blue Zone Project, which is based on the example of special places around the world – such as Okinawa, Sardinia or Loma Linda – where people often live to be 100 years old or more, all of which are active and happy. According to research, the secret to this is a healthy diet, regular exercise, positive thinking and close social connections. Although we originally focused on the 40+ age group, there is increasing evidence that the 20s and 30s are also affected by diseases previously typical of older people, such as stomach cancer. That is why the Blue Zone Project is for everyone!👩🏻🌾
